Major Event to Take Place in Lyon
WWE is set to take its Backlash professional wrestling live event overseas in 2024. The 19th edition of Backlash will be held at the LDLC Arena in Lyon, France, on Saturday, April 20, 2024. This marks the first time that Backlash will be held outside of the United States.
The Backlash event will feature wrestlers from the Raw brand and is expected to feature some of WWE's biggest stars. The card for the event has yet to be announced, but it is sure to be packed with action and excitement.
Tickets for Backlash 2024 will go on sale on Friday, April 21, 2023. Prices for tickets have not yet been announced, but they are expected to be in the range of $50-$200.
WWE is taking Backlash overseas in an effort to expand its global reach. The company has been holding more and more events outside of the United States in recent years, and Backlash is just the latest example of this trend.
